Information you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, message and an optional social profile. The chat setup request also collects your WhatsApp number, platform, creator profile and the sales goals you choose. These details let us understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to discuss creator representation, brand partnerships or other requests. Where you ask about entering an agreement, the proposed basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. Other correspondence is handled for the legitimate interest of responding to business enquiries. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Netlify, and enquiry forms are received and stored by Netlify Forms before being delivered to our email inbox. Netlify’s privacy notice explains its processing. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Hosting, security and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, and may apply automated spam filtering to submissions.

The providers’ processing locations and applicable international transfer safeguards need to be verified before this notice is finalised. Contact us if you need further information before submitting.

How long information is kept

Enquiry records are retained only while needed to handle the enquiry, any ongoing relationship and relevant legal obligations or disputes. The appropriate period depends on those purposes. A copy of each submission is held in our Netlify Forms account and a copy is delivered to our email inbox; we remove submissions we no longer need.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@musenine.com to make a request.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first.

Your choices
