These terms concern use of the Muse Nine website. They do not replace an individual talent management, creative services or brand partnership agreement.

Enquiries and representation

Contacting us does not create a management relationship or confirm acceptance onto our roster. Services, scope, fees, commission, content permissions and termination arrangements must be agreed separately in writing before work starts.

Talent and collaborations

Contact contact@musenine.com for representation and collaboration enquiries. Talent availability and suitability are confirmed individually. Website photographs are not a promise that any particular creator is available for a campaign.

Photography and other content

Photographs, branding and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Display on this website does not grant permission to download, republish, commercially exploit or use a creator’s likeness to imply an endorsement. Ask us about permissions before using material.

Responsible use

Provide accurate details when you contact us. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading messages, impersonate another person, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access.

Information and external services

Website content is general information and may change. Audience growth, revenue, publicity and campaign outcomes are not guaranteed. External links and the form delivery service operate under their own terms and privacy information.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Individual contracts set out the parties’ obligations for the services agreed.
